Preparation

Dress comfortably on the day of the appointment. You may be asked to change into a gown for the procedure, and you may be asked to remove jewelry, eyeglasses, dentures, personal items like your wallet, or any other metal objects during the examine so they do not obstruct or interfere with the x-ray.
